Pellucid One is a standalone VR headset sold as consumer electronics. The listed price is €329 VAT incl. in euro. Delivery across Europe is included in the price (€0.00).

Ordering and contract

The product page and these terms are an invitation to order. A contract forms when payment is captured by PayPal with status completed. We sell to consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

Payment

Secure checkout with PayPal. Card details are never entered on this website. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

Delivery

Delivery across Europe is included in the price. Dispatch and tracking details are sent by email. See the shipping page.

Withdrawal and guarantee

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU, including the statutory exceptions for sealed goods unsealed by the consumer where hygiene or software-licence rules apply. Details are on the returns page. Goods are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. There is no extra commercial warranty.
