What we collect

If you place an order we collect the name, email, phone number, delivery address, quantity and payment reference needed to fulfil that order. Payment is completed by PayPal. We do not collect card numbers on this site.

The browser may store a cookie-choice flag and checkout form drafts in local storage on your device so you can continue an order. These are essential for the shop functions you request.

Why we use data

We process order data to perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet tax and accounting duties (Art. 6(1)(c)). Cookie choice storage is based on your request to remember a setting (Art. 6(1)(f) or consent where required).

PayPal

PayPal scripts and cookies only load when you open checkout on the product page. They are not loaded on the home page, the pre-landing page, or the legal pages. If you pay, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. processes payment data as an independent controller or processor according to its own terms. Secure checkout with PayPal takes place on PayPal's checkout.

Cookies

We do not load analytics or advertising cookies. You can Accept or Decline optional storage in the banner. Essential checkout cannot run without the payment service you choose. You can change the banner later via Cookie settings in the footer.

Retention and rights

Order records are kept as long as tax law in Poland requires. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland. We do not sell personal data.
