Returns and withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from receiving Pellucid One to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. Notify us before that period ends by emailing orders@augustinesimard.com or support@augustinesimard.com, or by sending the model form below.

Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you withdraw, to GALAXY SYSTEMY INFORMATYCZNE sp. z o.o., ul. Fabryczna 13 lok. 1, 65-410 Zielona Góra, Poland. You pay the direct cost of returning the parcel unless we tell you otherwise for a specific order. We refund the payment received after we receive the goods or you prove you sent them, whichever is earlier. Delivery across Europe is included in the price (€0.00) at checkout, so the refund is the items total you paid. Refunds go via the same PayPal method where possible.

The statutory exceptions apply. The withdrawal right may be lost for sealed goods unsealed by the consumer where hygiene or software-licence rules apply. If a sealed software element or a sealed hygiene-sensitive part has been unsealed, we may refuse withdrawal on that legal basis. Unused goods that remain sealed as supplied can be returned under the 14-day right, subject to those exceptions.

Faulty goods are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771). There is no extra commercial warranty.
